No faults at all with this bike in the time I have owned it.

General Comments:

I find the CBR 1000 an excellent all rounder. Maybe not quite as quick as an all out sports bike, but that's not what it was designed for. It's a fast tourer, and at that it excels.

It is a little on the heavy side, and I find that with a full tank of fuel, it tends to drop into corners at low speed. Other than that, the handling is fine for such a heavy machine.

Build quality is of the usual Honda high standard. My own bike is 23 years old and completely original, even down to the exhaust collector box.

All in all, an excellent all rounder that does exactly what is says on the tin..
