Faults:

From day one it has a very shrill gear whining noise starting at 41 mph; gets so loud at 45 mph that I cannot hear cars beside me. The dealer tech. agreed with me about the noise, and filed a claim with Can Am and got no response. I called customer service and filed a claim also. The dealer finally got a response, saying - this is very hard to diagnose, so don't spend too much time on it, as this may be normal. I have asked other owners of 2014 Spyders about it and they do not have this condition. The one I test rode before buying mine was not that way. I like everything about the bike, but will sell it this spring, and will not buy another product from this company. I also had to take the bike back to have a coolant leak repaired.

Nice bike, but very unhappy with BRP.

I got a recall on the tandem master cylinder manifold inlet - fire hazard
