2008 Baja Motorsports WR65 from United States of America

Summary:

Worst product ever

Faults:

The seat ripped the first day, also the rear wheel was bent, which caused the sprocket to warp, the throttle housing is faulty.

The entire engine throttle assembly had to be worked on before even riding it. I called customer service to request parts, They told me parts were on back order from China and it would take at least one month to get the parts to the warehouse, and then take two more weeks to ship them.

I bought a WR65 warrior minibike in June and now I have to wait for parts until sometime in August. They won't let me talk to anyone with authority. They (customer service) say they are sorry. This is absolutely the worst I have ever been treated.

General Comments:

It is the worst product I have ever purchased. I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy.

Would you buy another motorcycle from this manufacturer? No

You get what you pay for, but I agree bad brand. Ordered a clutch cable for a bike of the same brand a couple of months a go and I am still waiting. Good thing I made one from a bike cable.

I have had mine for about a week. No problems so far. I think it is worth the money that I spent. But, of course I wasn't expecting a Harley hog either. I use it on the rough terrain and it works well. I just wish it didn't have a governor on the engine.

I think there is a weight limit on the bike; did you exceed it?

I can't say anything about the cycles they make, but I have had a Baja Motorsports Dune 150 go-kart for 3 years now. It runs great. Their parts department is a joke though. There is a 30 - 60 day turn around to get a part. My daughter recently ran the kart through some bushes and snapped off the fuel tank valve. I will be manufacturing one.

In three years the only problems I have had with the cart is a gummed up carb (my fault, didn't drain carb during the winter) and the CVT tranny started shuddering (found a loose brace and bolt, added some washers and now it's great) and then of course my daughter trimming the bushes at 20 MPH. If you buy one of their products, be ready to wait for parts.

The quality depends on the manufacturer and assembler, for example the 90cc dirt bike is made by Hensim, the 250cc dirt bike is made by Xmotos. I don't know where the others come from. The places you ride it also are an important factor.

You said "I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy." I would. Dude, you must not have many enemies!
