2013 Harley-Davidson FLHTCU Ultra Classic Electra Glide from United States of America
Summary:
Everything I have wanted in a motorcycle
Faults:
Nothing.
General Comments:
I traded a 1999 Honda Valkyrie Interstate for the Ultra Glide. The first thing I noticed was that the Harley was slower and smaller. Not negatives at my age. The Harley has way better manners and is more nimble and controllable at low speeds. It's more comfortable than the Honda and the stereo is better. I love the clutch on the Harley. It allows slow speed U-turns as the friction zone is broader and more manageable. The Harley is, in my mind, a much better choice for me.
When I traded the Valkyrie in I told the salesman to be careful when he rode the Honda as it was a beast. He got on it, fired it up and rode off. He nailed the throttle and it jumped. It just wanted to drag race everywhere it went. I really much prefer the calmer Harley. It's smooth out on the interstate and it goes two up with ease. The Ultra is my dream motorcycle.
Would you buy another motorcycle from this manufacturer? Yes

Warranty doesn't cover service???? Black gets dirty easily? No kidding, you don't say?
I have owned motorcycles. Can't change your own oil? Anybody with even a bit of intelligence can do it. I still can't figure out why you're upset. Perhaps a Goldwing would be a better fit for you.
