2000 Suzuki GSF600 Bandit (Unfaired) from New Zealand
Summary:
One of the all time great motorcycles
Faults:
1 spark plug needed changing (after 8 years).
General Comments:
A nice all around bike, suited to around town or longer distance travel.
Plenty of sensible power in the mid range.
Very smooth - almost vibration free up to legal speed limits (and over a bit).
The fairing is very effective in keeping off cold wind and the worst of the rain. (I am 5ft 10ins)
After 8 years the bike is in as new condition.
MPG is around 60 when ridden at legal sensible speeds.
Very stable at high speed in wind.
Would you buy another motorcycle from this manufacturer? Yes

I had Bandit 600 and 650s, and with looking after them a bit, the build quality was fine. I owned in between a Honda CBF 600, which had a lot worse build quality than any Suzuki I ever owned. These days, Honda build quality is a myth.
Used to own a CB 500 as well; just as bad.
