2002 Yamaha YFS200 Blaster from Canada
Summary:
Higher costs to maintain, but it's totally worth the rush of 6th gear
Faults:
I had it for two whole days of riding and a bearing on the crank assembly seized. That resulted in about $600 in parts for the engine and $200 in pay for the man who brought life back to the BLASTER.
The sound of that single cylinder quad was a very good sound.
The back tires were replaced with nice mud-lites. The traction is unbelievable.
Back brake pads were replaced and the front shoes were adjusted, but the braking still isn't as great as other quads I've driven.
General Comments:
Very quick for a quad because of its 6 speed transmission. Good wheelie power.
Not too heavy, but not too light. I wouldn't want to jump it too high.
Great sport quad for the money.
Would you buy another motorcycle from this manufacturer? Yes
