Fuses are on the RH side of the frame directly under the main seat. May have a small black clip on the cover.

I have an 04. If you remove the main driving seat (1 bolt on each side underneath), you will see about 6 wires running into a white plastic square... remove the cover on the white plastic square, and you should see 2 fuses. Check them both. Hope this helps.
