If you got the flasher problem fixed, cool. If not, the LED's don't have the amp draw to heat the flasher up, which is why it doesn't flash. I did the same thing. You can buy a new flasher for LED lights at an automotive parts supplier like Autozone, but I got mine at Advanced Auto.
You need to have a bigger draw; most make the mistake in going low amp draw LED, and find also the charging system may not like it as well. Go back to regular 1156 or 57.
